Rife's Auto Body - Grandview

The quality of the work was great. We also had a very pleasant experience with the level of communication as the repairs progressed. I’ve had body work done at a couple other places before where it felt like I dropped my car off into a black hole. Rife’s was not like that at all. We understood the timeline the whole way and were pleased they did exactly what they said they were going to do.

From start to finish, the entire experience at Rife's Autobody exceeded my expectations. The repair work was outstanding—my car looks perfect, and honestly, I can't tell anything ever happened to it. What impressed me most was how easy they made the process. They worked directly with my insurance company and helped make sure everything was handled properly. My account representative was fantastic—friendly, professional, and always keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. I never had to wonder what was going on because they stayed in touch throughout the entire process. The customer service was exceptional. Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care. Even the facility itself was clean, organized, and professional, which says a lot about how they run their business. The biggest surprise? I got my car back in less than a month, and the quality of the work was top-notch. If you need body work done, save yourself the time and stress. Rife's Autobody sets the standard for how this process should work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else.

I was thoroughly impressed with everyone at Rife’s! This was my fortunately my first time having to deal with an auto body shop and they helped explain the process and walk me through everything. It was all very smooth and Ashley gave me frequent updates about my car. Not only was the end result exceptional, it was finished ahead of schedule! I would not hesitate to go back to Rife’s, although hopefully I never have a reason to.

This was our second time needing auto body work and we knew right away we would be using Rife since they did such a great job the first time. The service, the COMMUNICATION and overall kind people are 10/10. Our car looks brand new and it was even complete weeks early. I will say we prefer the grandview location. We never had to reach out for updates and the partnership with Progressive was more timely.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Rife’s! Every staff member I interacted with was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I fell victim to another driver in a roundabout and a friend told me this was the place to go. This was my first time having to deal with insurance and car repairs and they couldn’t have made it easier. My car was finished sooner than I expected and it looked good as new! The interior and exterior were cleaned as well, which was totally unexpected! I would highly recommend checking out Rife’s if you’re looking for high quality car repairs! 😊
